Future improvements for Skale Bot will focus on enhancing AI-driven features that allow for greater personalization of marketing campaigns. By leveraging machine learning algorithms, users will receive tailored recommendations for target audiences and messaging based on historical engagement data.
Additionally, refining the reporting tools will provide users with deeper insights into campaign performance, including metrics like customer behavior, conversion rates, and ROI. These enhancements aim to boost user satisfaction and empower businesses to achieve more effective marketing results, ultimately leading to higher engagement and sales.
The Campaign List screen is the central hub where users can view all their created campaigns in an organized manner. Each campaign is displayed with key details such as the campaign name, status , and the total reach or engagement metrics. Users can quickly scan through the list to assess campaign performance at a glance. The interface includes clear labels, filters, and sorting options to easily manage multiple campaigns. A prominent "Create New Campaign" button encourages users to start a new campaign with ease.
This screen simplifies the campaign creation process by offering pre-designed templates tailored for various marketing objectives. Users can browse through a selection of templates, each with a brief description of its intended use, such as promotional offers or event invitations. Once a template is selected, users can easily customize the content, including text and images, to fit their brand voice. The interface is intuitive, allowing users to quickly adapt templates without starting from scratch, thus speeding up the campaign creation process while maintaining a professional appearance.
In this step, users can select the products they wish to include in their campaign. The interface features a user-friendly grid layout displaying product images, names, prices, and brief descriptions. Users can easily search for specific products or filter by categories to find what they need quickly. Each product has a checkbox for selection, and users can view selected products in a summary area, making it easy to manage their choices. This streamlined process ensures that users can efficiently curate offerings that align with their campaign objectives.
In this step, users can add customers to their campaign, ensuring the right audience receives the targeted messages. The interface features a straightforward search bar where users can input customer names or email addresses. Below, a list of existing customers is displayed, showing key details such as contact information and purchase history. Users can select individual customers or entire segments based on predefined criteria. Additionally, a summary section highlights the total number of selected customers, streamlining the process of reaching the desired audience effectively.
In this step, users can schedule the timing for their campaign to be sent. The interface includes a calendar view with options to select a specific date and time, along with an easy-to-use time picker. Users can also set recurring schedules for ongoing campaigns. To assist in optimal timing, insights based on previous campaign performance, such as peak engagement hours, are provided. A summary section displays the selected date and time, ensuring users confirm their choices before finalizing the schedule.

Understanding user profiles is crucial for designing a platform like Skale Bot, which focuses on optimizing marketing campaigns through WhatsApp. By identifying key user types, we can tailor features and workflows to their specific needs, ensuring a better user experience. For Skale Bot, three major user profiles emerge: small business owners, marketing managers, and nonprofit coordinators. Each profile has unique goals, challenges, and engagement levels with the platform, guiding the development of intuitive, efficient, and results-driven marketing tools.

The primary design goal for the Campaign Feature in Skale Bot is to create a user-friendly interface that simplifies the campaign creation process, ensuring that users can navigate seamlessly through each step. By focusing on intuitive design, we aim to reduce the learning curve for new users and enhance overall efficiency in managing multiple campaigns. This includes implementing features such as drag-and-drop product selection, real-time message previews, and easy customer segmentation to facilitate targeted marketing efforts.
Additionally, the design aims to incorporate flexible scheduling options and data-driven insights to empower users to optimize their campaigns effectively. By providing recommendations for the best times to send messages based on historical data and allowing users to schedule campaigns according to their audience's availability, we ensure that marketing efforts are both strategic and impactful. The integration of robust analytics tools further enables users to measure performance and refine their strategies over time, fostering a data-informed approach to WhatsApp marketing.

To stimulate creative thinking and refine our approach to the Skale Bot project, we reframe the problem statement as a question:
"How might we enable users to maximize the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns through Skale Bot's features?"
We encouraged all team members to share their insights on sticky notes, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone could present and vote on the most impactful concepts. The standout idea that emerged was "Empowering users with actionable insights and streamlined processes," reflecting a clear connection to the needs identified through user research. This approach not only enhances user engagement but also drives successful campaign outcomes.
